1. Who we are
Subly is published by Mert Şahin under the Velastra brand. For privacy questions, contact velastrasupport@gmail.com.
2. Data we do not collect
Velastra does not operate a Subly account system or backend database. We do not collect, receive or sell your subscription entries, budget information, profile photo, identifiers, location, contacts, analytics or advertising data.
3. Data stored locally
Information you enter—such as subscription names, prices, categories, renewal dates, payment history, budget preferences, language, currency, accent color, profile name and profile photo—is stored locally on your device using Apple platform storage, including SwiftData and UserDefaults.
This local information remains under your control and is not transmitted to Velastra.
4. Widgets and notifications
A limited snapshot of relevant payment information, language and appearance preferences is shared locally between Subly and its widget through an Apple App Group. With permission, renewal reminders are scheduled as local notifications. Velastra does not receive widget or reminder content.
5. Purchases and Apple
Purchases, billing, Family Sharing eligibility, renewal, cancellation, refunds and transaction verification are handled by Apple through the App Store and StoreKit. Velastra does not receive full payment-card details. Apple’s handling of data is governed by Apple’s policies.
6. No bank, tracking or cloud connection
This version of Subly does not connect to bank accounts, Apple Wallet, Apple Card, Plaid, advertising networks, analytics services, CloudKit or other cloud-sync services.
7. Retention, deletion and backups
Local information remains until you delete it in Subly, reset applicable preferences or uninstall the app. Some preferences such as language or appearance may remain unless separately changed or the app is removed. Apple controls App Store purchase records. Because Subly provides no cloud backup, you are responsible for device backups.
8. Children
Subly has a 4+ App Store content rating but is not specifically directed to children. A minor should use paid features only with permission and supervision from a parent or legal guardian. Velastra does not knowingly collect children’s personal data on its servers.
9. Rights, security and international availability
Subly is available internationally and privacy rights vary by location. You can generally access, correct and delete local records directly in the app. Subly uses Apple’s sandbox and platform protections, but no storage method is completely risk-free.
10. Changes and contact
We may update this policy when features or legal requirements change. The effective date will be updated and material changes communicated when appropriate.
